I have called to cancel Metabomatrix 3 times now. I just got another shipment, so called to find out nobody wrote anything in my order file or ever CX the order. This is a highly deficient company in many ways. I have to have the CS employee get the manager or supervisor to refund all of the money because I will not be forced to pay for something I have cancelled in the past, and this is their error completely.

10:31 AM The CS Rep hung up on me....I just wanted this issue taken care of. He said he could not see where the last bottle I had received had been returned to the company.  I said I am not responsible for the mail system and their "return system".  I asked to talk to the MGR or SUP....he hung up on me.  BAD  CS>>>>>
