MetLife And UNUM Provident Disability Insurance Company denied my benefits after payment for three years. They knew I am HIV positive . Internet, Nationwide

My work  that provides Short term disability and additional long term disability insurance under Metlife and UnUm insurance several years ago . I told the rep of that agency that I am HIV positive and told me to apply and got approved .   My payroll deduction paid toward to Metlife and UnUm policy for three years then suddenly stopped . I called and asked why. They told me I have HIV positive. I told Rep in first place if I can sign up for the insurance if I have HIV positive . They said yes,
They made off my portion of payroll on three years then dumped me.
