I am looking at these 5 star 4 star ratings. I personally know of 3 differnt people excluding myself who would beg the differ. Nevertheless, we deal in facts right? So I will delve into fact with precision and questionable strange coincidences. First of all to learn about Ford auto I  would suggest you go to a website called carcomplaint.com and learn of the many thousands of serious recalls involving these Ford vehicles. Also go to youtube and type in Ford Fusion transmission problems. Thirdly google Ford Fusion class action lawsuit transmission/throttle body. Facts right? ALERT ALERT ALERT!!! Metro Ford....2010 Ford Fusion owners. There is, and has been a recall on the power train/transmission/throttle body. Damages can exceed $4,000 dollars. Go to carcomplaint.com and type in 2010 Ford Fusion throttle body which is correlated to the transmission/power train. I need Illinois 2010 Ford Fuion car owners to get in touch with me to initiate a class action lawsuit against Ford manufacture.Over 9,000 of these vehicles have been on notice. Many current owners have no idea of how serious and fatal these cars can be. Many former owners sold or traded their vehicle for this very reason; however, Ford will stick you with an outrageous bill being well aware of the many recalls and defects in these vehicles. The 2010 Ford Fusion will drop gears in the middle of the highway. Dropping from 55 to 15 without notice...cruising with trucks and cars coming behind you at high rates of speed and a person not expecting a vehicle to stall in the middle of the highway....a fatality is bound to happen. Please keep your paperwork, dates, times, receipts, etc. in reference to this issue. I am currently in pursuit of bringing Ford company to court. Metro Ford charged me $200 to do a diagnostic test to tell me about a transmission that is missing codes. But in actuality they know the transmission is defective. The purpose of paying the $200  is to have Metro Ford to put it in writing under the Ford Dealership's name stating the problem is the transmission. With Ford having knowlegde of this defect and thereafter taking money from me anyway is a sense of extortion. Willful misconduct and grossly negligent. Because Ford took my vehicle and charged me to tell me what was wrong with it. Damages they are well aware of. Damages they are liable for. These cases may be isolated and no one knows that he or she is not alone. I gave you detailed information. You see 4 and 5 star ratings right? Now follow the information I provided and get the facts. Furthemore, service department employee Kathy engaged a conversation and debate with me about the power train/tranmission/throttle body. She was very adamant and belligerent. Emphasizing that there is no correlation between the 3 however, the Ford hand book says different. I am not a mechanic but I do not like anyone pissing on me and trying to tell me its raining. Finally, I took my car in for an oil change February 13, 2017 . April 17, 2017  I took my car back for issues with the transmission/throttle body 695 miles later. (coincidence huh)? Another coincidence is that this vehicle will be paid for in 2 months. Strangely enough while my vehicle was in the shop 2 car warranty people was calling me with internet google numbers soliciting services. A serious scam is going on with the Metro Ford company and Ford company as well. Do your research, check behind everything I am saying. This is not a dealership to do business with.
