Metro PCS Communication, Inc. Fraudulent sales practice and horrible customer service for defective eleven day old phone Richardson Texas

 On April 13, 2017 purchased cell phone made ZTX ZMAX PRO, sale price advertised on site for $99, was charged $123.00. Began experiencing call waiting problem same day, about three days began experiencing problems with apps. Next, began problems with phone app shutting down; resulting in not being able make phone calls directly. On April 24, 2017 returned to Metro PCS store located on Northwest corner of intersection 11th Chestnut St., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I was informed that I would be left without a phone with important documents contained and unable to communicate ( haven't a land line) for five business days. In addition my new phone (eleven days old) would be replaced by a refurbished phone. That's ludicrous, they work give myself a refurbished phone and resell my new phone. Nice rip-off and double dipping.
