metro pcs 2246 jacksboro hwy fort worth texas My phone was 1 week old. it wasnt working properly, the screen was locking and giving me a message saying take item off phone to answer when there was nothing on the phone. I had bought a new phone from metro pcs. I had trouble with the new phone giving me a screen lock message after 3 days. I brought it to the store, they ordered a new one the name of the phone is kyocera. After the first day of having this phone it game me the same message.  I was told to bring out in to the store.  I went to the store and the manager said she wants to see the message I said I can't make it do it, it just does it whenever.  She said sorry I can't do anything to help you. I said it hasn't been 30 days its still under warranty she said I can't do anything.  Now I have a phone less then 2 weeks old that doesn't work I will never buy from them and advise everyone else to proceed with caution.
