 The person who filed this report, John, above, has been involved in a cyberharassment and defamation campaign against Alan Thompson of MetroSound for at least ten solid days. Rather than take legal or other appropriate action to collect $2700 in back pay John alleges has been owed to him by Alan for over 10 years, this person apparently instead set up a secret spoof account on a popular social media site and used it to convey defamatory messages to alans business associates and online friends myself included. In those messages John apparently impersonated Alan or a representative of metrosound, trying to encourage current or potential clients from working with Alan in the future. After John was advised by the third party individual he was wrongfully involving in his dispute with Alan that his actions were inappropriate or illegal, he continued to send other messages to Alans friends. In them he misused social media to further defame Alans character and continued needlessly involving, stalking, and harassing people not even remotely involved in any disputhe and who never met either party. Nor have these people ever done any business with either party. John was contacted by those who received the cyberharassing messages... one message having awoken the recipient up at 4:35 am... asking he take the spoof site down, stop sending harassing messages to uninvolved people, and use appropriate legal means to resolve the labor dispute. Althoighnhe did apologize, John continues to keep the spoof sites up and attempt to shake down this business person for $2700 he alleges is owed to him from a decade ago by harassing not even the alleged debtor but his online acquaintances.

The consensus and context is that if John feels he is owed money then he would take his receipts and evidence to the labor board or small claims court and let a judge handle the matter rather than post defamatory statements online or use cyberstalking cyberharassment and cyberbullying of both metrosound and its owner and use third party cyberharassment tactics towards uninvolved persons in order to cause emotional stress to the business person who has recently been in crisis, and other innocent people. I am one such inniceny bystander. I cannot say either way if any money is indeed owed to this complainant by Alan or Metrosound. However the fact that someone would commit cyber crime and inconvenience wholly uninvolved people so as to colleciron an alleged but unproven, and an apparently decade old debt, speaks to the character and credibility of the person making this report on your site. The cyber issues are under investigation. Complainant is asked to please stop involving innocent third parties in his ongoing drama from 10 years ago. Please take down the spoof sites and please pursue a legal and fair resolution to your labor dispute with metrosound and Alan Thompson. TY.
