MetroVan lines held furniture hostage, said we owed more than was quoted, came w/a broken truck lift Paterson, New Jersey

Recieved quote, then was told we owed something else, would not unload until we paid. Workers very slow, no answers from main office phone, 2 hours late, said we owed for their 1 hour drive back, wanted to charge for indoor stairs, when rep clearly stated in an email stairs were included. Workers came with a broken lift had to load each piece. We don't know if this is another scam for people to feel sorry for them. 5 workers came 3 worked. The paperwork at the end has no name or address on it. BEWARE!!!
