This vet Dr. Adam Arzt is the worst in customer service. He does not care about your pet, it's health but about money.

I simply politely asked them via 2 calls about medications my dog that they diagnosed with cushings, about when the prescription would be ready and the cost. They tell you your dogs needs these meds, and they charge you outrageous amounts of money for testing to diagnose the problem, and they desire their money of over 500.00 ASAP, but when you ask 2 questions to be answered of them that would literally take 2 seconds to get back to you, they can't. When they don't like your tone after waiting a while for the meds for your dog and a price quote, they tell you (Dr Arzt does) that he doesn't want to provide services for the dog, and he will send the records. Mind you, he wasn't even seeing my dog, as my ex and I despised him, we liked dr. marci but because he's the owner and he heard my voicemail and my disgusted tone, he calls the shots. This is all after they get 500.00 plus 235.00 before that. Stay clear this guy and his practice only cares about your money not your pets. He shouldn't be doing business with an attitude like his. No one I know likes him. They've taken their pets out --now I know why.

Changed vets after 4 years to another vet in Bellingham

AUTHOR: anonymous - ()

POSTED: Saturday, May 17, 2014

there are plenty of better vets out there that I have found know much more and are nicer and aren't so stuck up on the money. Perhaps the so called consumer above is really a worker or the doctor himself since if you have had 17 years of such a great experience you would not be googling looking for metrowest vets or dr artz.

17 years of positive experiences

AUTHOR: Hopktown - ()

POSTED: Saturday, May 17, 2014

We have had 17 years of positive, caring experiences with Dr. Arzt and his staff. Three dogs, several surgeries, many stressful events. Not once in that time have we had any kind of interaction that made us question his capabilitilies, his motives, or his intentions. His care has been exemplary.
