Called  Mexican Vital Records and tricked them into calling me by using aother name and saying that I needed a Birth Certificate from Mexico. Federico Diaz (alias) called back and I asked him why I had not reeceived my Certificate. He assured me that it had been sent and he would call me next day "with the tracking number" No call and he will not answer the phone. They see who calls and decide if they will return the call. If it is new businwss, they will cheerfully call (clip) you. If any company asks for payment by Western Union ....RUN AWAY. The phone # is 866-237-0470 and  in Texas the scammers use, 214-295-8197. I reported them to the State attourneys office in Texas and they verified that there were  other complaints. I believe it is just the "tip of the iceburg." Many others have been taken.
