I need help.  Mexico Paradise Getaways took $400 from me for trip to Mexico.  They did not fulfill their end of the bargain and they do not want to refund my money.  If anyone out there would like to join me in filing a class action lawsuit against Mexico Paradise getaways, please let me know.  I am sure we'll find a lawyer who will take on the case.

I was told last October I would get my money back but after 3 e-mails and sending a registered letter that someone did recieve I have not heard from anybody and no $400.

This company is indeed a rip-off. We do need to file a class action against them but don't need an attorney. I will lead the charge if people are willing. I know federal law and recently won a case against Chase Manhattan (another rip-off company). If you are aboard then let me know...Greg at (((REDACTED)))
