Meyrocorp Or Cure-soft I was duped into believing my computer had a virus. They won't respond I am out $51.50 Internet Internet

I had a ad from this co. that would not go away it covered my whole screen.It said I was infected with a virus.The ad was for $49.95 & 1.50 for handling.I emailed them within 12 hours and said I wanted a refund that was Dec. 3rd. I have been emailing then since.Dec 22nd I asked for info as what was the co address and whom I could contact for my money as I was going to contact the NYS atty Gen & BBB.They have ignored many request and ps I haven't even downloaded the software.They sent me an email noting that I haven't.The only info I have is they are called Meyrocorp or Cure-soft.I have nothing else.They are ignoring every email I sent.
