I received this in the mail a few days ago and actually thought it might be real.....just for a few minutes actually. The check is definitely very convincing looking. The letter explains the whole process prettty well. I checked the website they included which I could not find anywhere on the web. The letter states, "If you are working with us for the first time, you MUST activate your check online for security and identification purposes, however, you may contact our webmaster or technical support if unable to activate online due to problem relating to our website. webmaster@mfmartco.com". The check is in the amount of $1992.20 for which $350.00 must be submitted to cover your first week of the survey assignment. The rest of the money they need is for the stipulated amount for evaluation and then required funds for retail shopping assignment. I will most likely be bringing this letter to my local police station. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS SCAM!!! IT IS VERY CONVINCING!!!
