I was hired by MGN Funding to complete a FHA real estate appraisal for a property in Queens NY. MGN funding refuses to pay the outstanding fee of $500 . The appraisal was completed and accepted by MGN Funding an used to loan on the property in Queens Village. The fee is over due by 6 months and they refuse to even answer my phone calls and emails.
