We apologize for your concern. MGR has certain expectations in place that each driver must meet prior to being hired. During our three day orientation we cover everything from A to Z that the drivers must know to be successful at our company. If something is not clear to them,  it is their responsibility  to ask for clarification, and all of the charges and policies are stated in our handbook and agreement.  It was very unfortunate that he has not met our requirements and has not provided information on his arrest which resulted in a denial from our insurance.  It is our right to deny service to anyone who does not meet certain requirements and has a history of arrest.
