Miami Discount Tours Miami Discount Tours a Huge Rip Off MIami Florida

We reserved a half-day trip to Everglades online prior to our arrival to Miami, FL. The time and date of the pick up was confirmed by the owner of the agency. When the buy did not show up at the agreed upon location I called the companys number 5 minutes after the bus should have arrived. First they claimed that we did not reserve the tour. they I quoted them a confirmation letter number they said that the bus was to far to pick us up. They they aslked me if I want money back or another tour that day. Since we did not have time for another tour I agreed that they return me the money. 

When we have not received the money in time they promissed they claimed that according to their rules we had no right requiring money refund. But then I proved (and I am still able to prove) that we called within 5 min after they should have picled us up (their rules require the call within 10 min), they they required us to prove that we did not have time for another tour the same or the folliwing day, I proved that too (with the tickets for the event and the airplane ticket for the next day). During my correspondence they claimed that they taped my phone cpnversation but without going into the issue that I did not agree to be taped I advised them to check what we spoke that day and they refused to respond to that.... They did mention that I was angry when I call ( Can you blame me? My family was waiting for the bus and the person on the phone was telling me that I did not reserve the excursion etc.). 

They said that they will refund me the money when I send them prof of what I claimed on the phone conversation and emails. Once I have submited all the proofs that I am entitled to the money refund even regarding to their rediculus rules they stoped responding eventhough they responded in a matter of minutes when they required the proofs or when they were claiming that they taped the phone call etc.

I really advise everyone to avoid this company. They are irresponsible, unreliable and well.... From my experience - - they did not return me the money I paid in advance and they did not provide the service I paid for. It ruined our plans for the day.
