 we are curently staying in paradise vila managed by Miami Habitat.
Wifi not working, ants in a bedroom, toilet not locking, one shower is not workig, one door to outside is not locking, interier is shabby. Property manager is a very polite guy who everyday promises to fix everything and naturally nothing  happens. It looks like a cone to me and I am planning to take it to the regulation authorities.
