I have had 3 loans with this company and they have charged me twice as much interest as allowed by law in Missouri or Oklahoma. So when I called them on it they say they are a internet company and do not have to live up to the state laws. I asked for there parent company, and address and they refused to give them to me. So I ran accross this site:

And found out the parent company is "Miami Nation Enterprises" a native american company.
So If you can stay away from them....
I am getting ready to find a attorney in Oklahoma and sue them for the extra interest they have changed me....

What they told you on the phone is baloni. Any payday lender reguardless if they are internet or storefront MUST BE licensed by the state they do business in NOT where the companies are physically located. I'm in AZ and have a past due loan with Ameriloan and according to AZ law since they are not licensed, the debt I owe them is void and have no legal right to collect. Also in AZ, any defferred presentment company which does business in AZ without being licensed whether internet or storefront commits a Class 1 Misdemenor. Take Cashnetusa and Payday1 for example, both are internet payday lenders, and are not physically in AZ, BUT they are legal because they are licensed by the state dept of banking to do business in AZ. Payday 1 and Cashnet USA are probably legal in MO. Ameriloan is not licensed in AZ and in any other state. Now, I would check with MO laws and see what they say about unlicensed payday lenders. Their collection dept tried telling me the same darn thing, I flat out sent them the AZ statute to them..
