I found a vehicle advertised on his site and various other sites he advertised on. He priced the vehicle at $7795 with only $1500 downpayment required. There was no fine print in the advert.
He took $2000 from me and priced the car at $9518. He only told me the price of the vehicle changes after he took $2000 from me.
The vehcile has come up with anumber of problems since. I have filed complaints with MDV and Attorney General's office.
This dealership is full of scams and as a first time buyer in America he took full advantage.

Without seeing your bill of sale that should have been written up after the deposit was received I cannot tell if you have been ripoffed after the sale or before. Be careful and READ what you sign!

A bill of sale should have been drawn up prior to paying the deposit. The bill of sale notes the total cost minus the deposit. Without that documentation you have no proof as to the agreed upon price. The advertisement does not provide proof as to the agreed upon price.
What are the terms of the warranty or was this an as-is sale? Is the repossession threat due to your failure to honor the terms of the financial agreement?

I have evidence of the advertisement that this dealer used. And all paperwork. He is a scam. Now threatening me with repo of the car. I am going to take this all the way up, to the highest authorities. People should not be treated like this.
