Extremely unprofessional. Used verbal and physical intimidation to persuade me to sign papers relieving them of all financial responsibility. When I refused, they tightened the cuffs behind my back. Made verbal threats involving my family, and then took 4 hours to take my on a long trip that should have taken 45 minutes. Also intimidated elderly couple that posted the bail, and then spent every penny on "expenses". ALL against the law.
