I was ripped off for $80,000-USD (Eighty-Thousand) by Michael Clements, the President of Windward Engineers.

I was defrauded into believing that Michael Clements and Windward Engineering would cause the Sioux Indian Tribe (Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux and their gambling casino) to invest in my engineering company, Asia Pacific Services.

After numerous conversations, it finally came to pass that I was expected to pay an advance fee to Michael Clements, equal to 1-percent of the investment funds.  The agreement was that I would receive $8,000,000-USD (8-Million) from Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux gambling casino earnings, and that I must pay back dividends of at least 15-percent per year ($1,200,000 per annum).  I never received the investment, and after Michael Clements got my $80,000 I never heard from him again, and he won't return my calls or answer my emails.

I realize now that this was "advance fee fraud".
