I am a commercial loan broker who signed an agreement with Bellmond Financial. I was promised leads and to be paid my commissions within a week of when loans were funded. Leads stopped coming at the end of July. Commissions for deals that were funded in which Bellmond was paid were not paid to me. Where is the money that was earmarked for my commission going? Could it be to fund their new marketing and seminar program??? I wouldn't trust that either!

I want to respond to this allegation and set the record straight. The broker in question was an independent broker that processed one loan through our platform. The funder eventually paid on this loan and after a two week delay for various reasons , the broker was paid in FULL. We overnighted the check directly to the broker and it was deposited.
While I can understand frustration with any delay,l it is important that all business be properly documented, and paperwork in hand, before payment is concluded. The delay was largely our responsiblity and we apologized for this two week delay. However, the broker was paid in full.
