Michael Genden is a judge who habitually engages in abuses of adults, the elderly and the vulnerable.  Michael Genden abuses the judical process and engages in practices, patterns, predatory conduct and customs that violate human rights, judicial ethics, professional canons, laws and codes.  Instead, acting under the guise of and by unlawful color of law he obstructs justices, denies due process, represses, abets and participates in the degregation and exploitation of the most vulnerable citizens in our population that he is obligated to but defies to protect.
