I purchased an item from this seller on Ebay on March 28th. Immediate payment auction for a total of $165. I used my debit card. Seller left feedback, does not communicate.
Through communication with other buyers, they have also had a hard time receiving their items from Mike Kelly. I never received anything from this seller.
I filed a Paypal and Ebay complaint. Paypal was able to refund $140 out of the $165. Paypal is "still working" with this seller to refund the remaining balance, which I will probably not see.
I wanted to file a report to warn others-- DO NOT deal with this person.

I can tell you right now that you wont see that money. I had an encounter with someone that just would not take no on a refund for an auction that was clearly stated NO RETURNS. He got his item, but I guess buyers remorse just set in. anyway, long story short I tried to fight it but paypal sided with him and I was forced to authorize a refund. I didnt have the funds in my account so I figured that I would authorize it and when I got the extra money I would pay back paypal to restor my balace.. Well they did give the money back, all but 25 dollars of it, as a policey. and they did not "work" with me all to get the rest of the 25 back, in fact I didnt realize thats what had happened, I had to call paypal just to find out why my account was still limited. Thats when they told me as a policy they refund all but 25 dollars if there are insuficiant funds. Anthor thing to worry about is that it is so easy to get another Paypla account. After paying the 25 remeaining dollars on my account the buyer still hasnt closed the dispute so my account is still underlimitation. So I just opened a new paypal account, since I am not trying to scam people and just make honest sells I felt this is not a bad thing, however your seller that scamed you and the others more than likely has another paypal account too.. prolly more than one. Anyway. Hope this gives you some insight to the real ripoff (paypal) they are not working with anybody to resolve anything. Good luck on getting your 25 bucks back, but since the seller prolly new about this policy and uses it as part of his/her alledged scam, you will most likely never see it again.
