     In case you were following aftermath of the Hot Choice Systems Class Action, victor’s certainly believed they had cut the head off medusa, but low and behold, Michael Rudder has rebranded the KRh debacle in a very familiar fashion. Less than five months of after settlement of the KRh Class Action on January 20^th, 2011, where he was forced forfeit the company name and POA for Hot Choice trademarks to plaintiffs, Rudder formed Hot Choice Systems, Inc. (HSCI, also a Delaware Corporation).

In a letter to KRh shareholder’s on August 20th, 2011, now 'Consulting CEO' Rudder announced a plan to dissolve KRh and convert it’s near worthless stock into HCSI stock at 10:1 reverse rate. Shortly thereafter, new securities were issued in HCSI, and actively peddled to a new pool of unsuspecting Southern California investors throughout 2012. How can that happen?, you might ask. That’s what con artists do…
