UniFirst salesman Michael St. Pierre who represented himself as the UniFirst Uniform rental company presented me with a written contract which was agreed upon and signed. After many meetings, Michael reneged on the contract one month later stating his boss would not allow the contracted terms. Michael then stated the contract would cost me an additional ton of money if I wanted the uniforms. This is deceptive and unethical sales practices as no contingency was ever stated by Michael who represented himself as UniFirst. Further, I have heard from other UniFirst customers who have all had similar stories. They say this is common place. Stay away from Unifirst and Michael St. Pierre.
