Michael T. Rose H & R Block I was never given any explanation of what was going to be done with my taxes. I received an RAC check in the mail and had no idea that I was suppose to be getting one. An account and routing number was even created for me, without my knowledge! Stillwater Minnesota

 I was never told that I would be receiving an RAC check in the mail. I was very confused after I got it and didn't really know what I was Suppose to do with it? An account and routing number was created for me, without my knowledge, Through my tax preparer, Michael T. Rose, of Stillwater, MN. He did a very poor job filing my taxes and had no professionalism whatsoever, When it came to explaining what I need to look out for in the mail? I called him up to find out why there was an account number and routing number on my Tax documents that I know wasn't mine! He just told me not to worry, because I chose to get a check Mailed anyways. Once I checked the mail, I found out that I didn't get my tax refund, But an RAC check, that I didn't even know that I had signed up for one, at all! I'm very disappointed with my tax preparer for the year 2013! He Never explained what was going on, all he had me do was sign, sign, sign. I had no idea about an RAC check, nor did he explain anything about it to me! The next thing I know, they sent me TWO!!! Let alone, to have created an account for me Through H & R block bank, that I had no knowledge about until i carefully went over My documents after I got home!? Something has to be done! I will not be taken advantage of, like this!!! Now I'm stuck being their Customer, because they wanted to secretly create an account for me, through them! Ugh!
