The letter said NCO Portfolio Management has assigned the referrenced account to Northland Group Inc. for collection. I've never heard of NCO Portfolio Management. This guys from NGI is called Michael Werner. There is an access code provided in the letter. I used this access code sign in on the web, but it asks for SSN. This letter seems so real because it has my address and my SSN in a format of xxx-xx-(xxxx). It doesn't show the first 5 digits but the last 4 digits which does match my SSN. I have no ideas how they could get my information.
