Michal Doerge helped me win my case, but he hasn't been helpful at all with the probate process. It has been the lack of communication that I have found to be really concerning. I have often been left in the dark about things. He has rarely followed up on things that he said that he was going to do.

I can understand that he is busy, but an attorney shouldn't be too busy to reach out to his clients and help steer them in the right direction. He let too many things slide when he should have been "aggressive" with the offending parties. 

  After I had won my case, he told me to wait until probate to do something, and then a few months later, he claimed that he never said that when the other person that was with me can easily vouch that he indeed said that. I believe consistency and communication are very important. Therefore, I wouldn’t recommend this lawyer, especially for a complex case.

It’s obvious that he’s very distracted. I think he has reached a point in his career where he should consider retirement. I had high hopes for him as an attorney, but overall, I have been greatly disappointed with his service.
