I received a letter in the mail saying I owe $215.32 but are willing to settle for $64.60.. Either I could make 3 payments of $21.53 to FNCB INC. so I called to tell them I never had credit at Elder Beerman. she asked for the last digits of my social security after I gave here the refernce number. I said she should already have that info and I'm don't give anyone that information. She said call me back when you will. really?
