I responded to an add for a work-at-home job in the transcription field. I thought I had reasearched the company the best I could, i.e. Better Business Bureau, the local Chamber of Commerce, occupational license bureau.
Paid my money for the "start up" fees and processing fees. It was a small amount, however, the point is I must SOLICIT 10 other people to her business prior to receiving anymore information on the "transcription" companies.
Which means I have to lie to those people by saying it is a transcription business when it's not! Everyone spread the word the Michelle's work-at-home or Michelle De La Cruz, is a SCAM!!

Most people do not the equipment to do this, and so therefore we do not accept transcription jobs from our client companies. We do however, offer clerical and data entry jobs. We have never asked anyone to lie. If we do find out that someone is placing ads with false information, they are dismissed from their position and will no longer work for us. We do not tolerate anyone posting false information.
