Micro Vue CEO_Tim Wagner Non pay for nursing audits & breach of contract Sunrise Florida

Have to give an update even though this is serioulsy old, this is now 2017. In 2014 I hired a lawyer to get the monies due from 2013. Micro vue did pay most of what was owed to me  in 2014. I waited a whole year  to get the  reimbursed for my services .  However someone form Micro Vue sent out  tax statement for the monies paid to me for taxes in 201 and that was a problem since I only received 2 checks a year apart. Micro vue added my only 2 paycheck amounts all on 1 tax statement as to reflect a both monies paid where for 2014! I tip my hat to Tim and his company and thank them for the headache of having to make addendum to filed taxes for that year in 2014.

As the past Certified Public Accountant for this firm, I have researched any outstanding invoices and can find no invoices for this dollar amount.  It appears the name is fictitious so it is not possible to research based on the supposed nurse auditor. 

The firm contracted with over 35 individual nurse auditors, covering 22 States throughout the U.S., with annual payments exceeding $750,000.  Therefore, making it a challenge to locate one amount from an anonymous complaint.  Furthermore, to the best of my knowldege, there is not one legal action filed or pending from a nurse auditor against the Company.

The business unit that hired independent nurse auditors was disolved by the client and Company, at which time all outstanding invoices were paid in full.
