MicroMagic PC Leo GUILLEN ripoff dishonest seller scammer will rip you off for alot of MONEY Rowland Heights California

I was ripped off my this company for thousands of dollars. Have tried calling Leo several times but was all of a sudden never around. He told me to return DIMMs to him which I did and have delivery confirmation for them and he said he had never gotten them which came to a total of $1850.00. Also he has been sending 256MB DIMMs not 1GB that he says they are. I told him I was going to file a lawsuit against him and he said that he will dein that he sold me the DIMMs and that the invoices he sent me he is going to say they are fake. I had been buying for him for a few months and everything seemed to be fine until he did a switch and bait. After he gets your trust then he rips you off.

The website I used was www.chinpc.net but now all of a sudden that website is gone. Gee, I wonder why. This person is making thousands of dollars off of this scam and everyone else is taking the heat for it. Something needs to be done to this person, he needs to be put in jail or something. If you can please help me fight back that would be great.
