I had bought a computer 3 years ago from best buy which included a 3 year contract with MSN. My contract is up and I keep getting charged $21.95 on my credit card. I can't get a hold of these people, and their is no website address or phone number. The charge on the credit card says Microsoft online servi BILL.MS.NET. Please help me in this matter.

You have got to be kidding! Three years using MSN as your Internet provider and you NEVER once went to their very easily located web site?

And, of course, you never received any documentation from MSN when you began service or any e-mail from them in those three years. Sure!
