Midland Funding - Pressler And Pressler Ralph Gulko are fiiling another debt against me without explaining the bill proof of debt and have a lein against me and my prperty Parsippany, New Jersey

Pressler and Pressler has made my life a living h*ll for the past year and a half after satisfying a debt with them through the Superior court of NJ they filed another claim against me after both by telephone and in writing requesting proof of the ligitamisy of this current bill they refused, Now I have a judgement against me for this debt a lien against my car and property without sending notification of the full payment of the first debt which has been collected why would I give them anymore of my money when they never acknowledged the first debt payed in full, these people are low mean and downright evil

The only way they could get a judgement would be to appear in court. Didn't you get a chance to question the validity of the debt when you went to court?? Your story goes from them filing a claim to them getting a judgement. The in-between part would have been the court appearance. Did they validate the debt in court?
