I unfortunately had my mortgage transferred to Midland Mortgage co. In 2002 I owed $66,469.88
I had to reconfigure my mortgage and was not told about undisclosed fees. In december I was on the verge of loosing my home. Fortunately I found a local lender to re-fi through.
Unfortumately I than owed almost $80,000.00 on my home. I do not understand how 5 yeasrs later I could of owed $15,00.00 more.
They were slow in processing payments.
