Midland credit management refuses to fully investigate fraudulent account activity even after I provided multiple forms of identiy theft documents. This also involves a phone company that choose to not be a part of this incident. It is very bewildering to know their websites are not fraudproof.

i was in jail at the time of the account being used. I provided a person concise report to MCM several times, wrote several letters as well. How could a person open up a mobile phone account, by using a computer, while they are incarcerated.
