Midwest Cattle Exchange sells steaks from trucks that go to neighborhoods.  They claim the steaks are "Choice."  However, the steaks are tough and lack taste.  I have called the company on numberous occasions, but I cannot get anyone to return my calls.  They claim the steaks are "guaranteed" for 100% tenderness, flavor, and to be free from freezer burn for 12 months.
