Mighty Putty I ordered six sticks of Mighty Putty using one of my credit cards on 11/11/08. I had never recevied the merchandise!! North Wales Pennsylvania

I ordered one package of Mighty Putty ($28.94) on 11/11/08. I did not receive it for over a couple of weeks and so I called them at 1-800-340-3418 three times. Each time I called, the CS person said it was mailed on 11/13/08.
I have emailed them twice and never received a reply. I contacted my credit card company and have now disputed the charges, which will be credited to me by my card company.
From everything I've read on this website and others, this company is a rip-off and NEEDS to be put out of business!! I certainly hope something is done about them and soon!

Not to buy anything AS SEEN ON TV?
There is absolutely no reason to use the toll free number or the website to get this stuff, that is not worth what they sell it for - ITS OVER PRICED CRAP!
MOST NEVER WORK AS ADVERTISED TOO
YOU ARE NOT GETTING ANYTHING FREE! THEY ARE CHARGING YOU FOR THE FREE STUFF + SHIPPING AND HANDLING ON IT AS WELL.
Once the product is available in stores - its half the price of what they charge on the TV ad WITHOUT ALL THE FREEBIES.
