mighty slots casino mighty slots is cheating me out of 4,500 dollars after months i am still waiting Internet

i played in this casino called mighty slots i won on 5-11-2011 and then again on 06-05-2011  i was told i would get my money soon 7-10 days it is now long passed that each time i call they tell me they have a lot of request,or it is in process,(now really) when i last talked to customer service i was told not to worry i will get my payout. i lost 1,000 dollars when quicktender folded.i do not want to lose all of my money when it can be mailed to me. i see other are now having the same problem, i did not know they were blacklist .has anyone been payed lately.. and is there any hope for us? thank you
