Migration Expert-Australia Migration Expert, Migration Expert-Australia Overcharged for ETA Visa North Melbourne, Australia

I ordered an application for ETA(Electronic Travel Authority) from www.migrationexpert.com.au and was charged USD 39 which is way overpriced considering that it offers minimal if none or no extra added value. I could have obtained the same service that from http://www.eta.immi.gov.au for $20 with instant result.

Despite having a disclaimer on the registration page for an ETA, this is not in a prominent position before the consumer commits to filling in the form. I have attached photos of this showing this together with this report. This is clearly an attempt to stop consumers from having all the information available before being committing to a decision.
