Mike Daniels Garage ripoff Sold my car for $1000 forged the Title Refuses to pay me took $600 up fron to repair my car & now wont repair it He was paid on April 27 2006 Buffalo New York

In march of 2006 I gave Mike Daniels of Mike Daniels Garage my 1993 Mercury to sell. It was sold, he forged the Title and kept the money. He said he needed the money for his business and won't pay me back, then offered a payment arrangement of which he only paid $50.00 I have called him 7 days a week but am given lies & lame excuses. Also I gave him $600 up front to repair my car, ie. clutch, shifter exaust and window. He buried the car inside his Shop after it was vandalized, the hood and rear quarter badly keyed. As of this date October 31 he refuses to return my car and money. I am 60 Yrs. old on Social Security disability, and a fixed income of $1400 per mo. Please help..
