This report did not come  from a customer. It was written a number of years ago by a known individual who has created quite a reputation around Barrie for making slanderous comments directed at select individuals on the internet. His handy-work has persistently appeared on many free local comment and chat pages for a number of years.

His primary targets are local political representatives and business owners, apparently motivated by a belief that a conspiracy element is at work to devalue and or destroy the city of Barrie's property values. I am part of this shadow network of dastardly villains evidently. The revenue this website earns comes from those willing to pay the price the provider commands to have a report such as this removed from their site.  I hesitate in posting this fearing I may provoke this individual so many years later.

I wish him well in fact, and hope he has found  peace with himself over time. Each of us should have the opportunity to speak our minds if not meant to cause intentional harm to another, while at the same time we all have the right to protect the good reputation we have earned where appropriate. A bit of additional and verifiable research is always worth your time when you come across this type of content on the internet.  Best regards, Mike Montague

They say birds of a fether flock together.  This coward who is defending a criminal is no different.  His "threats" just confirm who the real criminal is.  A coward that hides behind fake names who harrasses and stakks people who he thinks are somehow involved.

I have a picture of you.  I know where you hang out.  I did not even leave my house to find out this info.   Do you want your friends and family to know that you harass and stalk people online?

The person writing rebuttles to this report is a known troll and cyberbully.  If he was so successful, why then is the only advocate for him is a known troll and cyberbully. Trying to peddle the lie that somehow the stats are bases on the surrounding area are false when it shows that Barrie is in direct decline due to the red tape he himself set up.  Yes he is running today for ward 5 council. The question is, would you vote for a guy who has cheated the local citizens and only has has a troll/cyberbully backing him up? He is the company he keeps

If mike was so successful he wouldn't have to resort to such tactics. Thw rebuttals provides proof against this guy as it perpetuates the lie that it is somehow "outside of Barrie" even though the population estimate was not based on the surounding area.  The red tape set up affects qulity job growth even today. 

of course if the only defence this guy has is coming from an internet troll named "Shawnio" then that right there says a lot

The subject of this report is a successful real estate agent in Barrie.  He is currently running for Barrie City Council in Ward 5.

The author of the report claims the real estate agent "cost millions of job losses".  The city of Barrie and surrounding area only has 187000 people.  How truthful or accurate is this report?
