I purchased a Grab and Go Case from Mike about a month ago. We plugged in the case and it never got cold...we called Mike and was told that he would send a repairman first thing tomorrow morning. The repairman never showed up! We are still waiting.....

After reading all of the ripoff reports about Mike Osborne the scammer/con artist...the 1 year warranty he promised us is not worth the paper it's written on.
