Is there any one that knows about the arkansas law, my question is if I baught a car but never got  tirle is the cae legealy mine if I only have a bill of sale which any onecan make one, I just iike to know if im entitled to a full refund  sene no tirle was  handed or sent to me, what r my legal aspect twards gett a refund, for the car, the car has not been driven just started.what can I do I need help here can any one help me Iif any one needs help sueing carmart im in with ur law suite let me know if I can help lets nail these b******s

With a follow up I contacted mike philphs at car mart last week , with no responce back from him I asked him if he heard about my title yet, then I went on to ask him if the car was stolen, he cut me off from his email, I asked a friend to see what was going on with the title, surpriseing enough  mike told my friend he mailed it the 2nd of march, how get this the same way he lost the first one yea he sent it regular mail not by ups like I reqested , is this man purley down right stupid or what he should have know better, mean while ive contacted th arkansas ag office  on this matter , to say  if the car wasnt stolen would u defend ur self  and be in contact with the person about the title, he never he shouned me away never to answer me that tells me the car is stolen and there is no title, mike is a pathic low life lier, and a thief im not going to rest till I get all my money back from him, I told mike he has 8 days to have the title to me or I would press formal liabilty and crimal charges on him,

Sence this report I done the first time mike phillphs has said he ordered a new title  he would put a rush on it that was  12 days ago I have emailed him concerning this matter no responce, I found out in arkansas he has to file a police report concerning the lost / stolen title no responce, I asked to have my money returned to me , I keep asking what is happening with the title , I have been discarded from his email not accepting my emails on thia matter,, so I contacted the arkansas attourneys generals office filed a complaint for fraud and no title  fraud, mike refuses to talk to me I got down to asking him if there is even a title or is it a stolen car,, and he needs to read the reports on him and carmart , mike is dishonest a lier his word is not the trouth, sence All this hes refusing to talk about Iit refusing to accept my emails refusing to tell the trouth, refusing to get a title hes doesnt answer any questions directly just runarrounds never a stright answer, I want my 12790 dollars back Iis all ..oh the dmv takes only 3/5 days to get a rush title, in arkansas,, now mike what is ur resorce now , u dont have one, hope the attourney general office finds more on mike , I hope he goes to prison for a long time fraud
