Mike's Auto Shack Mike Hallewell Mike Hallewell sold me a "Re-Built" Toxic-Mold, Junk Yard Special ! Las Vegas, Nevada

 My credit union "In-Touch" referred me to "Mike's Auto Shack". Mr.Mike Hallewell was a used car salesman for years and also a "Mormon Bishop". I was approved for a loan and I called Mike Hallewell and I asked him to search for a truck for me. He found a "Silver Nissan Frontier" truck and he said it had 52,000 miles and was in "Great Shape" almost new. I picked up this truck at "Master Transmission" on Boulder hwy in Las Vegas at his car lot. It was a "Brown Nissan Frontier" truck. I drove it home and it smelled like "Dirty Diapers" inside and it was missing a "Dome Light" and a lot of controls and knobs and it was in very poor condition! I called him and told him he made a mistake and he said if I wasn't happy he would fix it. I called my credit union and asked them to place a "Stop Payment" on my check until I returned this truck the next day. They refused to hold this check and gave it to this guy. I never signed the contract because it wasn't the truck he described. I had my mechanic inspect this truck and my insurance adjuster and they both informed me this truck was in a "Roll Over, Flood & Head On Collision". The smell was "Toxic Mold". I then drove it to "United Nissan" they informed me there was a Factory Recall on this vehicle "Defective Steering Column". I then asked Mr.Hallewell to check if this truck had a "Salvage" Title or a "Re-Built" Title. He said"No". I received a report from "Nissan" that this was a "Junk Yard Special" and it needed Major Repairs.  informed Mike and assured me he would repair all damages. I drove it to his lot and left it there for three days and he called me and said he was going to have it towed away. The D.M.V. is investigating this guy for fraud,Theft, False Advertising, Non-disclosure of damages, (Air Bag Missing) (Factory Recall)......... My attorney is sending him a demand for a full refund plus my expenses on Monday $10,888. and "Nissan" will repair my truck!
