I was subcontracted by Mike's Hardcore Contracting to perform remodling work on 2 properties. A contract was signed with a deadline date. Mike Davis failed to provide all material for specific jobs and ended the contract before deadline date on contract and refuses to pay for the work that was done in both properties.

Mr. Stacey was given $4,085.00 deposit to complete 2 houses in 20 days. We provide materials. After houses was complete he would get a toltal payout of $22,000.00. As a result 20 days past and neither house was even completely painted yet for any other materials to be delivered. On the 19 day Mr. Stacey was given a termination letter stating the the next day was his last day and that at 5pm on that day pictures would be taken and an assessment would be made to determine if he was due more money. If so it would be mailed to him.
