On 8-14-18 I ordered : 1  Eureka portable vacuum cleaner Nec122A @ $67.45

Replscement Battery @$14,50

I yr. warranty @ $15.00

For a total of $97.45. 

This amount was immediately taken out via debit/credit card. 

Was never notified that items were shipped and never have received them.

They should have to refund my money for a product that I have never received.

Are they for real or what. A rip-off?
