Repeatedly did not deliver SEO products and then refused refund. Also, scams people on courses, cutting off access when customer is unhappy with the product while refusing a refund. Lost several hundred dollars on products I paid for, but am denied access to. Beware!

I Have Been Scammed By iman shafiei

AUTHOR: Don. - (United States)

POSTED: Saturday, May 05, 2018

iman shafiei iman@gemconsultinginc.org
of the Crypto Freedom Secrets has not given me a refund for
my $197. plus the $50 he promises that he would deliver
if you find that this is not for you.

He also has an alert program where he notices you if he sees
something in the market then you'll get an alert on making money
with him, he charges $97 a month for this service, and after the trial
is over he will start the billing process.

My problem with this is it's way too much money $497 for his training period!
I know of an online training on Bitcoin that charges only $10.99, for classes
and in some cases, the fee is $12.99 tops. I am a certified Bitcoin Profession and I
got my training from the same place. If you are interested you can email me and I will disclose
who they are. My email will be at the end of this
letter. Put in the subject "I want to Know Who the source is "

I received my certification from this source for my Bitcoin classes
I attended to online. My certification cost me $100 plus $34.95 for the
processing fee. I think this is the way to go in order to understand Bitcoin.

The $197 I would be paying for three months installment plan plus the alerts $97
that he offers is what I call a scam, and here's why I call it so.
First off he claims he made lots of money and he has lost a lot. However, his gains far
outweigh his loses. He claims he is in the MONEY now.

I went through half the training and decided that enough is enough and I
would request my $197 back to my credit card account. When I did this I've not heard back
from anyone in his camp for about two days. I emailed his support to see how my refund is
going and how long will the process take.

I still have not gotten any word back and that's when I decided to let him
know that if I don't hear back from him, like now he would not enjoy the
stolen funds for long, something along those lines.

His support finally decided to answer my email of the request for my money back.
Here's what they had said, and it went like this:

Hey Don,
Which email did you use to signup for the account?
This is our refund policy: https://cryptofreedomsecrets.com/terms-of-service/
Please provide me your email so I can see if you qualify for the refund

The conditions for the action based refund are as follows:

Refunds are given only when requested by email, by a student who has purchased the course less than
60 days prior and has viewed less than 10% of the course. Whether or not you click on the COMPLETE
& CONTINUE button, makes no difference. The rule applies once you access 10% of the modules in the course,
whether or not you view the videos. Absolutely NO exceptions!

In Regards to my $50 here states he would give on top of the refund. Here's how he justified
not issueing the $50.

To be eligible for the $50 gift once refunded, you must watch FULLY AND COMPLETELY 2 videos –
mark them as complete. This is not mandatory for us to give out, we will decline giving out the
$50 if we chose so.

Even thou I requested my refund via an email and I've watched two training videos and market
them completed. Here's my next email I received from him or his support.

Also Don,
please let me know which payment method you used for the $197 payment
Thanks!

and this last one was this here:

GEM Consulting Inc
info@globalelitemarketing.org

Did you cancel your payment plan? The system automatically knocked you out because of you
didn't complete payment It says in our system that you have watched over 48% of the program
So you don't apply for a refund

We would have to break the Terms of Service to give you that, and I don't have the power to do that

I can give you Iman's email and you can contact him. This is completely against the terms of service,
so I won't be able to do anything on my end

you can contact Iman personally if you want to break the refund policy: imanshafieiseo@gmail.com

Mind you I have since then cancel my subscription with them, and they have attempted to take $97
from my bank account for their monthly alert notification to make money with their investment advice.

This has scam written all over this program and if you want to money I suggest that you don't make it
with these Keystone Scammers.
