Miller Mitsubishi ripoff Van Nuys California

I bought a car at Miller (they own Miller Mitsubishi, Nissan, Honda,etc). I asked the man if the car had a security system he said it did not and asked me if I wanted to have one installed for an extra $500.00. I said ok.

Well they installed a Lojac system. About a year later, I went to open my car door and a very loud alarm went off. I was shocked, and couldn't figure out how to get the noise to stop as I had no idea it even had an alarm, let alone a clicker with which to turn it off. Long story short, this kept happening until I had a chance to take the car in, a guy at Miller Mitsubishi did something to get it to stop happening, but I wanted my $500.00 back, and that's when I really found out what crooks these people are.

I left many voicemails for a Mr. Marquez ( he's the man who looked me in the eye, lied to me about the car supposedly not having an alarm and ripped me off for $500.00). He never returned any of my calls, so I went there, he wasn't there (at miller Nissan, which is where I purchased the car), so I had another guy there look up my contract on their computer and he said that since I had gotten Lojac (which is a different kind of system) there was nothing they could do. I explained to him that

I only needed one security system, not two, and that obviously, if I had known there was already a security system in the car, I would NOT have purchased another one. He told me there was nothing they could do. I then tried to reach the owner, he never returned any of my calls, not once. I called the Better Business Bureau, they said there was nothing they could do as they are apparently not a gov't agency.

So, when I heard about Ripoff Report.com I thought that, at least, I could make others aware what kind of crooks Miller is now owned by. I have purchased more than car at Miller, and have always paid time, etc, and they aren't the slightest bit interested in keeping my busines, or their good name, over $500.00, which is not very much money. And so I want to get the word out re: how this company operates.
