Miller Toyota of Anaheim offered me (disabled) to trade my 2014 Ford Fiesta with 6 speed auto transmission and only 18,400 miles on for $7,500for Toyota 2015. It shows a big rip off.

You do realize that cars loose value...right? 

You didn't give the specific details of your car, but even the top model with all of the options in excellent condition only had a trade-in value of about $10,000.  Others ranged in a trade in value anywhere from about $6,000 to $8,000.  So it is very likely the $7,500 is within the average range for your model.

Of course if you don't like what someone is offering you, you can take your car elsewhere to get a better deal.  But remember dealers can always work the 'numbers' where it looks like they are giving you more for your trade-in but charge you more for the car.
